Landscape Crew Manager (Construction & Maintenance) Acton, MA | Full-Time | $70,000-$85,000 per year Superior Landscape Crew LLC is a growing landscape maintenance and construction company serving Acton and the surrounding communities. We are known for exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and building long-term relationships with both our customers and employees. We're looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Manager to lead our field operations and help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, staying organized, solving problems, and taking ownership of daily operations. Primary Responsibilities Lead Crews & Projects Prepare crews with the equipment, materials, and information needed for each day's work Clearly communicate project scopes and expectations Supervise job sites to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety Monitor employee productivity, time tracking, and company standards Coach, mentor, and develop crew members Prepare Projects for Success Review upcoming projects with estimating and management staff Coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics Assist with scheduling projects and daily operations Help maintain accurate production information within LMN Operations & Shop Management Oversee organization of the shop, yard, trucks, and equipment Delegate and supervise shop responsibilities between projects Assist with vehicle, equipment, and material management Help maintain inventory and organize daily operations Customer Service Build positive relationships with customers Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person Qualifications Required 2-5 years of supervisory experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or a related construction field Bilingual (English and Spanish) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office Preferred LMN experience Experience with scheduling, estimating, or project management Familiarity with Acton, MA and surrounding areas Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$85,000 annually , based on experience Year Round Employment Paid Time Off Company vehicle during working hours Company-provided uniforms Life and short-term disability insurance options Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Schedule This is a leadership position within a seasonal industry.
