South End Scapes is looking for a motivated and dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to join our growing team. We're a small, quality-focused landscape company, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and pays attention to the details that separate an average property from a great one. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable taking responsibility for a crew and the quality of the work completed each day. What You'll Do Lead a small landscape maintenance crew Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and property cleanups Keep properties looking clean, detailed, and consistent Communicate with the owner and crew throughout the workday Keep the crew productive and jobs moving efficiently Safely operate and care for trucks, trailers, mowers, and landscape equipment Identify issues on properties and communicate them before they become problems Help train and guide less-experienced crew members Participate in seasonal work, including spring/fall cleanups and snow operations Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Motivated and takes initiative Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and takes pride in finished work A strong communicator Able to lead by example Comfortable working independently and making decisions Positive and professional around customers and coworkers Experienced in landscaping or property maintenance preferred Valid driver's license and DOT medical card required You don't need to know everything on day one.
