Job Description:
Kelly is seeking a Reliability Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Hagerstown, MD. This position provides leadership and guidance across Operations and Maintenance functions, helping drive a culture of continuous improvement focused on equipment reliability, loss reduction, waste elimination, employee engagement, and Lean manufacturing principles.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00
PM Compensation:
$80,000-$113,000

15 days PTO 8 paid holidays Premium healthcare options Key Responsibilities Support the continued development and implementation of Professional Maintenance principles and tools throughout the organization. Apply maintenance methods and tools to systematically reduce equipment failure-related losses. Conduct current and historical data analysis, including root cause analysis. Validate, update, and control technical drawings and prints. Evaluate machine components for lifecycle performance and reliability. Develop and execute condition-based maintenance strategies. Develop and validate Standard Maintenance Procedures. Support machine life extension and reliability improvement initiatives. Coordinate activities related to Professional Maintenance methods, tools, and data management. Participate in continuous improvement projects across multiple operational areas. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience supporting and executing mechanical, electrical, or industrial projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with maintenance systems, reliability programs, and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing and maintenance experience with a strong focus on equipment reliability, predictive and condition-based maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, FMEA, RCA, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE metrics is highly desirable.
