Full-time Pay:

A well-established, high-volume automotive dealership organization in the Mid-Atlantic region is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Automotive Service Manager . We operate a busy, fast-paced service department with strong customer demand and are looking for a proven fixed operations leader who knows how to lead people, improve performance, increase profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dealership Service Manager who wants the resources and earning potential of a successful operation while working with an organization that values leadership, accountability, growth, and results. What You'll Do As Service Manager, you will have responsibility for the overall performance of the service department, including: Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume service department Manage, coach, motivate, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support personnel Build a positive, accountable, performance-driven culture Maintain an efficient workflow throughout the service drive and shop Maximize technician productivity and shop capacity Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including RO count, hours per RO, ELR, labor gross, productivity, efficiency, and customer retention Drive service sales, profitability, and departmental growth Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI Review departmental performance and identify opportunities for improvement Manage warranty procedures, claims, approvals, and manufacturer requirements Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively Work closely with Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments Recruit, train, retain, and develop high-performing team members Maintain manufacturer, safety, and dealership compliance standards Develop processes that improve the customer experience while increasing departmental profitability Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced automotive professional with a demonstrated history of leadership and results.
Preferred qualifications include:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Fixed Operations Manager Experience managing a high-volume franchised dealership service operation Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations Demonstrated ability to grow service revenue and gross profit Strong understanding of technician productivity, efficiency, and effective labor rate Experience managing service advisors and technicians Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures Experience with dealership DMS and service scheduling systems Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage by the numbers Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills Ability to recruit, develop, and retain talented employees Strong customer-service and problem-resolution skills A competitive, results-oriented leadership style Why Consider This Opportunity? Explore The Benefit Package Paid Time Off:
40 hours available each calendar year for full-time and part-time employees, beginning after 106 days of employment. Multiple tiers of PTO for full-time employees with seniority beyond 5 years.
Personal Time:
32 hours available each calendar year for full-time employees, beginning after 1 year of employment.
