We operate in a health club type of environment so making sure that we are offering a safe, clean, and efficiently operating club is critical. Job responsibilities will also involve light fixing of items throughout the building as needed along with wall/paint touch ups. Responsibilities Maintaining all bathrooms, showers and locker rooms. Outdoor grounds maintenance of weeds, garbage, etc. Light assembly of shelving or misc items within the kitchen and bar area. Wall repair/paint/touchups. light bulb replacement and fixture cleanings. Indoor plants watered and fertilized. Pickleball and golf suites cleaned and maintained. Running our commercial floor cleaning and vacuuming equipment. Keeping the facility cleaned and organized. Restocking of consumables. Requirements Previous commercial janitorial experience. Knowledge and understanding of basic handy person repairs. Comfortable working with corded and cordless tools. Comfortable working from a ladder occasionally.
