Building Supervisor

Job Description

Summary:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Harbor Light facility and support specialists ensuring the overall efficient, effective, and safe operation of the facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Take control of the facility by walking around observing people, property and events taking placeMaintain accurate documentation regarding supervised staffMonitor staff, clients, residents, church members and visitorsGive supervision, training, direction and assistance to the Support SpecialistsAssist staff in maintaining order and efficiency in the performance of their responsibilitiesInvestigate all serious occurrences/issues that take place during the shiftCommunicate verbally and in writing, to the Site Operations Supervisor, all serious occurrences/issues that take place during the shift on the next business daySummarize and record the shift report in the daily log
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written wordTB Test and police clearance requiredAuthorization to work in the
United StatesEducation/Experience:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two years practical experience as a SupervisorPossess a working knowledge of addiction recovery
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email and internetExperience using electronic medical records system preferred
Reasoning Ability:
