You will be responsible for managing a team of service advisors, automotive technicians, and porters while scheduling vehicles for service, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, and maximizing departmental profitability. We are seeking a highly motivated and effective leader who believes in providing excellent service and ensuring that our customers have a stellar maintenance & repair experience.
Compensation:
$125,000 - $150,000 average annual salary

Health insurance Delta Dental, VSP -Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Holidays and Vacations Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Managing appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices Managing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the dealership Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to review Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out Managing our range of vehicle parts and accessories Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers Manage costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle Specific skills include but aren't limited to: Supreme talent at managing people & departmental performance is required Exceptional phone and communication skills Must bring a positive, upbeat "CAN-DO" attitude to this role and be completely comfortable managing, coaching, and training team on the "How to's" of upselling to customers. Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction Must have the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to customers, upper-management, vendors, and guests. Ability to evolve and adapt to changing business needs
