Job Description

Position:

Maintenance Lead and Transportation Director The Maintenance Lead and Transportation Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operation of school district facilities and grounds while coordinating the district's transportation program. This position provides leadership for custodial and maintenance operations, ensures facilities are safe and well-maintained, oversees preventive maintenance, and manages transportation services to support the educational mission of the district.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid MN Driver's License Ability and Willingness to obtain MN School Bus Driver Endorsement Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance Ability and Willingness to obtain boiler's license

Pay:

$21.74 - $49.38 per hour
