Landscaping Crew Leader-Hardscape Our landscapes are immaculate. From Louisburg to Liberty, Lees Summit to Lenexa, youll be in charge of ensuring each property meets our high standards for excellence and attention to detail. To be successful in this position, you will need to: Our ideal candidate can: Bring a clients dreams to life in the form of patios, retaining walls, firepits and outdoor kitchens. •You must have verifiable, crew foreman position experience in landscaping and hardscape construction to be considered for this specific listing.•Operate various types of power equipment: loaders, chainsaw, sod cutters, concrete saws, bed edgers and many others Manage a crew of 2-3 other team members and communicate with both the client & management Demonstrate proper tree & shrub installation, have a good plant identification background, and strong design reading and bed layout skills Drive a large truck & trailer combo Maintain a clean driving record Install drainage systems, repair lighting & irrigation and be able to problem solve on the job Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation Work on designated Saturdays Were Proud to Offer Competitive Benefits Our employees take good care of our clients, and we take good care of our employees. This is what you can expect when you work with us: Competitive pay $20-27 per hour 1.5x pay for snow removal hours Health, vision, and dental insurance Paid time off (72-160 hours depending on your role and duration of employment) 401K retirement plan with company matching at four percent after one year $1000 sign on bonus of $250 after 90 days, $250.00 at 6 months, and $500.00 at 12 months.
