Republic, MO Permanent $48.48 - $50.48 ph TXM are recruiting on behalf of a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, to join a distribution facility in the Republic, MO area. As a Shift Maintenance Manager, you will lead the team to ensure that the fast-paced distribution facility is always running at full capacity, carrying out preventative, reactive and planned maintenance on the site's machinery.

Coaching, developing and supporting Technicians to enable their progression, along with supporting the site in meeting performance goals. Involvement in the recruitment and onboarding process of new Maintenance Technician's alongside other members of the leadership team. Create and distribute PMs in line with the business KPI's on a CMMS system. Complete KPI reporting to ultimately drive performance and decision making. Review, prioritize and plan workloads within your team. Carrying out Preventative, Reactive and Planned Maintenance tasks across the site, as well as contributing to Continuous Improvement tasks. Performing Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on Automated Storage Retrieval Systems, and Storage and picking systems. Providing exceptional maintenance support to the on-site customer's installed systems.

Your Experience:

3+ years' experience in a Maintenance Team Lead or Supervisor role. With prior experience working hands on as a Maintenance Technician. Understanding of maintenance KPI's such as

MTTF, MTTR, PM

completion. Experienced performing Root Cause Analysis and understands RCA methodologies. Strong troubleshooting knowledge with a process orientated mentality. Ability to manage, mentor and motivate a large team of skilled maintenance professionals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Eligibility to work in the USA.
