Centurion Analytics is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Project Manager to support operations at Yellowstone National Cemetery in Laurel, Montana. This is a Full-Time, Exempt position reporting to the Centurion Analytics Contract Program Manager. Oversees Grounds Maintenance, Interment Services, Janitorial Services, Initial Headstone Setting, and Raise & Realignment of Headstones

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, schedule, and supervise all grounds maintenance operations, including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, irrigation, turf management, tree and shrub care, and litter/debris removal Coordinate and oversee interment services, ensuring grave opening/closing, section marking, and burial support are scheduled and executed with dignity, timeliness, and precision Direct janitorial services for administrative buildings, committal shelters, restrooms, and other facilities to required cleanliness standards Supervise initial headstone/marker setting for correct placement, alignment, and spacing per NCA specifications Oversee raise and realignment of existing headstones/markers affected by settling, frost heave, or turf work Conduct routine site inspections and QC checks; document findings and implement corrective actions Serve as primary on-site liaison with the COR, cemetery director, and NCA staff Supervise, schedule, and evaluate on-site crew members and subcontractors Maintain compliance with safety programs, OSHA requirements, and site-specific safety plans Manage equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and materials/supplies coordination Prepare and submit required reports, logs, and documentation Ensure compliance with environmental, herbicide/pesticide application, and cemetery-specific regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, cemetery operations, or facilities management Cemetery/memorial grounds or NCA contract experience strongly preferred Valid state driver's license Ability to meet federal cemetery site access requirements

Pay:

$67,000.00 per year
