JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Director is a key position in our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Oversee the maintenance department. Supervise maintenance staff. Ensure all physical plant and maintenance needs are met at all times. Provide a safe environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors. Excellent communication with staff, residents, and families. Assist with development and enforcement of policies and procedures regarding the maintenance department. Attend all in-services and on-the-job training. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
