Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. On Call required / Flex Time to control Overtime and being overworked Conduct appliance repairs and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose mechanical problems. Maintain compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to address apartment repairs & resident needs and enhance overall service quality. Supervisor experience is a huge benefit as these positions have the potential to move up quickly.
