We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Property Maintenance Manager to maintain residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, working outdoors, and performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs (replace faucets, toilets, drains, water heaters, repair leaks, etc.) Complete general carpentry repairs and improvements Mow grass, trim bushes, and maintain landscaping Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance Repair drywall, paint, and perform general handyman work Coordinate and respond to maintenance requests promptly Keep properties clean, organized, and in good condition Operate power tools and landscaping equipment safely Qualifications Experience in plumbing and general carpentry Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Proficient operating lawn equipment and power tools Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Strong work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors Preferred Experience with electrical, HVAC, or remodeling work Ability to supervise subcontractors when needed Experience maintaining rental or commercial properties Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Full-time preferred (part-time may be considered for the right candidate) Opportunity for advancement as the company grows If you are dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy a variety of maintenance tasks, we'd like to hear from you.
