Overview We are actively seeking a Machine Maintenance Manager for a direct hire, permanent position in Garden City, NY. This role oversees repairs, installations, and overall upkeep of facilities and production equipment in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Duties Design and implement maintenance procedures while managing department budgets Perform inspections and repairs on production and facility equipment Supervise maintenance personnel and daily operations Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-10 years of maintenance experience within manufacturing Hands-on experience with CNC machines and Vacuum Braze Ovens Working knowledge of process equipment, including chillers and air compressors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite #GRP2 Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
