As a member of our Operations Management & Facilities Services (OMFS) team, you'll help deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable wastewater services that protect public health and the environment. Jacobs is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK . In this role, you'll oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervise a team of maintenance technicians, and ensure the effective operation of all wastewater treatment plant equipment. You'll play a critical role in establishing and optimizing maintenance systems, asset management practices, and inventory controls—particularly within Maintenance Connection (CMMS). The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for: Lead, supervise, and develop a maintenance team responsible for daily operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs. Establish workflows for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability. Support asset management principles, including service level agreements, lifecycle considerations, and triple-bottom-line decision-making. Utilize CMMS data to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance maintenance efficiency. Oversee CMMS administration and ensure accurate, consistent asset and inventory data, including standards for inventory processes such as part setup, supplier information, and reorder methods. Direct and monitor the spare parts and inventory program, ensuring effective usage, replenishment performance, and full integration of PMs, work orders, safety documentation, and asset hierarchies within the CMMS. Establish training requirements and ensure staff proficiency in CMMS usage and data governance, supporting accurate data entry and consistent system practices. Prepare estimates for labor, materials, cost, and duration of maintenance activities for both internal and external resources. Manage budgets by monitoring costs, adjusting maintenance activities, and optimizing resource allocation. Ensure maintenance planning aligns with operational goals, safety requirements, and regulatory standards. Reinforce safety programs, including Activity Hazard Analyses, SOPs, PPE standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to environmental permits, including NPDES and air discharge requirements. Demonstrated experience with Maintenance Connection CMMS, including inventory, work order, and asset management modules. Knowledge of planning, scheduling, inventory control, SOP development, and budgeting. Direct experience with pumps, motors, electrical equipment, and mechanical repair tools. Ability to diagnose malfunctions and recommend effective solutions. Valid driver's license with no major infractions. Ideally, You'll Also Have High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in wastewater facility maintenance and familiarity with NPDES and air permit requirements. Certifications such as Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician, ABC Level 3 Plant Maintenance Technologist, or CWEA Level 4 Mechanical Technologist. Effective communication, technical problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices, mechanical systems, and electrical equipment. Ability to perform site walks, inspections, and field planning in confined spaces, heights, and environments containing fumes, gases, and chemicals. Ability to review technical drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, one-line diagrams, schematics, and specifications for planning and troubleshooting. Working Conditions Safety is a core value at Jacobs. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
