Maintenance Supervisor Emporium, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22761535 Summary Emporium, PA In-Person $37000.00 per Year 3 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 35.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Cameron County is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our county facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained. If you have experience in building maintenance, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in maintaining public facilities, we encourage you to apply. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of county buildings and grounds, coordinate contractors, supervise maintenance operations, and help ensure county facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and the public. What You'll Do Oversee the maintenance and repair of county-owned buildings, grounds, and equipment. Coordinate and monitor contracted cleaning and maintenance services. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Maintain HVAC systems, generators, lighting, septic systems, and other building systems. Manage landscaping, mowing, snow removal, and seasonal grounds maintenance. Coordinate maintenance projects and work with outside contractors. Maintain county vehicles, maintenance equipment, and outbuildings. Support county operations by assisting with election equipment delivery and other county projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in building maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or related trades. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to public service, and the ability to respond to emergencies are essential. Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding maintenance work.
