Lead a High-Performing Service Team! CarShop is seeking an experienced Automotive Retail Service Manager to lead our Glen Mills Service Department. Pay:
$85,000 - $100,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts Training and professional development Career advancement opportunities within CarShop and Penske Automotive Group Stability and resources of a Fortune 500 company Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do As the Retail Service Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Service Department while developing your team, improving efficiency, and ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional, and exceptional service. Lead and manage daily Retail Service Department operations Coach, train, and develop Service Advisors and Service Technicians Manage technician and advisor scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency Monitor departmental performance and drive the team toward established goals Ensure Service Advisors consistently deliver exceptional customer experience Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall department performance Promote teamwork and collaboration across Service, Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments Address customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions Maintain CarShop's standards, values, and culture throughout the department Lead by example while creating an accountable, positive, and high-performing team environment What We're Looking For Automotive retail service management experience required Proven experience leading and developing Service Advisors and Technicians Strong understanding of automotive service operations and workflow Demonstrated ability to achieve performance, productivity, and customer service goals Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Organized and able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional service experience Action-oriented leader who takes ownership and follows through High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements in accordance with company policy and applicable law Ready to Lead?
