Job Description

Maintenance Team Supervisor For over 60 years, St. Anne Home, a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America, has been dedicated to the continued healing mission of Jesus Christ by providing a continuum of care and supportive services to adults, their families and their caregivers. We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Team Supervisor. Full-Time; Day Shift with rotating Holidays, On-Call and Weekends as Needed.
Qualifications of Maintenance Team Supervisor:
High School diploma or equivalent. One year of maintenance supervisory experience required. Experience with maintenance and repairs including patch/painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Maintenance Team Supervisor Job Summary:
Complete daily maintenance/custodial assignments with minimal supervision. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs including painting, wallpapering, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry and mechanical repairs. Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment as specified by manufacturer's manuals and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Report maintenance needs, equipment malfunctions, defective equipment, and unsafe or hazardous conditions to Maintenance Supervisor or Director. Maintain all required and routine records of inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system. Dust, mop, and use floor machines to clean and disinfect floors Keep work areas clean and keep tools and equipment properly stored.
