Approximately one-third of your time will be dedicated to mentoring and training field technicians and delivery drivers, helping them develop the skills to independently troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Key Responsibilities Lead all equipment repair and restoration operations Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues across a wide range of commercial brewing systems Train and support team members to improve field service capabilities Reorder parts from various suppliers to maintain internal restoration practices and in-the-field support for traveling technicians Travel as needed for installations, repairs, and hands-on training Maintain detailed equipment records using our digital asset management system Ability to assemble new equipment components efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience working on commercial coffee or specialty beverage equipment strongly preferred Candidates with strong electrical, plumbing, and mechanical expertise will also be considered Ability to quickly diagnose and solve technical issues in both shop and field environments Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable working with modern, tech-driven brewing equipment and software systems Stay current with industry trends in coffee brewing equipment, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing components, and applied technical enhancements to attain the highest efficiency within our service capabilities.
