Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities maintenance across multiple retail locations. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate maintenance operations, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning optimally. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams across multiple retail sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance procedures. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for mechanical systems, HVAC units, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), plumbing, and other critical infrastructure. Manage the scheduling of routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Troubleshoot engineering issues related to mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, HVAC system repair, and industrial maintenance tasks using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for team members. Oversee project management activities related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, safety inspections, and asset management documentation. Monitor facility performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams within a multi-site retail or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in mechanical systems repair, HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and industrial maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, Ohmmeters, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols in a facilities setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team management, supervision, and fostering a proactive safety culture. Facilities management experience involving CMMS software for work order tracking and asset management. Strong communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and collaborate with vendors or stakeholders.
