This person will provide on-site coordination, quality control, and leadership of their crew on site. Projects can range from annual plantings, small enhancement projects, spring clean-up and mulching, general weeding and pruning, as well as fall leaf clean-ups. As a foreperson you will be required to train your crew in all aspects of landscape maintenance and promote growth within the company. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager(s).

• Responsibilities include carrying heavy objects, clean-up of properties, correct pruning of shrubs and ornamental trees, planting and mulching of gardens, training crew members on all aspects of landscape maintenance, and snow removal in winter months.
• Requirements include 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience, ability to be on your feet all day, ability to lift 50+ pounds, ability to work outside in all weather conditions, plant care knowledge, communication skills, driver's license, knowledge of Spanish a plus, attention to detail, ability to work well and train others
