Candidates who complete the Paige interview get priority. Key Responsibilities Manage daily automotive shop operations while also performing Service Advisor/Service Writer responsibilities. Handle customer intake, document vehicle concerns, and manage repair orders from write-up through completion. Create and present repair estimates, maintenance recommendations, and additional service needs to customers. Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email to obtain repair authorizations and provide service updates. Manage a daily vehicle count of approximately 10-20 vehicles. Oversee shop workflow and collaborate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently. Monitor and maintain shop key performance indicators (KPIs), including an average repair order (ARO) target of approximately $650. Use Tekmetric for shop management and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and Steer for CRM activities. Qualifications At least 5 years of automotive management experience. Experience managing day-to-day operations in an automotive service or repair environment. Service Advisor or Service Writer skills, including customer intake, estimate presentation, repair authorization, and repair-order management. Experience working with domestic and Asian vehicles. Ability to manage customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally. Experience monitoring automotive shop performance and KPIs. Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM. Compensation & Benefits Salary plus commission compensation structure. Commission based on a percentage of store gross profit (GP). Annual earning potential of $80,000-$100,000. 401(k) with 6% company match. Life insurance available after 90 days. Uniforms provided. Paid time off (PTO) beginning after 1 year. Accrual-based sick time beginning after approximately 90 days. Paid holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. ASE reimbursement. Paid training available for employees who choose to participate. Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends.
