Lead Maintenance Operations :

Hire, train, and supervise maintenance team members

Promote Safety & Compliance :

Conduct and document fire system inspections and coordinate monthly fire drills

Oversee Preventive Maintenance :

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program

Maintain Equipment :

Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators

Manage Supplies & Budget :

Order maintenance supplies and equipment while adhering to budget guidelines

Supervise Contractors :

Oversee and coordinate work by external contractors

Maintain Standards :

Ensure the facility and its equipment are safe, operational, and compliant with all regulations

Train Staff :

Provide job-specific training and promote adherence to safety procedures

Coordinate Schedules :
