ASAP Required Experience & Qualifications We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in student housing, multifamily property management, or apartment community maintenance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Previous Student Housing Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, or Lead Maintenance Technician experience
• Experience supervising and developing maintenance teams
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification (required)

Strong knowledge of:

HVAC systems

Electrical troubleshooting

Plumbing repairs

Appliance repair

Preventive maintenance

Building systems maintenance

Make-ready/turn process

Work order management

Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a maintenance team accountable

Experience managing vendors and contractors

Comfortable interacting with property ownership groups, asset managers, and regional leadership

Strong communication, customer service, and resident relations skills

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on leader with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Entrata

Experience with property management platforms such as:

Yardi

RealPage/OneSite

AppFolio

Entrata

CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) certification preferred

Experience in large-scale multifamily, student housing, or conventional apartment communities
