full-time Overview We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman with a strong background in power generation and industrial equipment . This is a working foreman position requiring hands-on diagnostics, repairs, troubleshooting, mentoring technicians, and coordinating shop operations. If you enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical problems while leading by example, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel and natural gas generators Perform inspections, rebuilds, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Train and mentor technicians Coordinate daily shop workflow Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained Complete work orders and documentation Perform load bank testing Troubleshoot generator controls and electrical systems Qualifications 10+ years of power generation or industrial maintenance experience Experience with Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler, MTU, Detroit Diesel, MQ or similar equipment Generator controls experience Diesel and natural gas engine experience Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Previous Foreman or Lead Technician experience preferred

Benefits Direct Hire Salary:
