Manage, train and lead the maintenance technicians. Ability to manage multiple tasks, preparation of lining out priorities of the community daily. Ability to work in a team atmosphere in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Strong knowledge in maintenance related items i.e., plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repairs, troubleshooting appliance repairs Must be available for emergency calls on nights and weekends when needed. Assist the office team in resident retention strategies. Assist with maintaining a "Green and Clean" community. Self-motivated, goal oriented and a positive outgoing attitude This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum of 2+ Years of experience in property maintenance. Certified HVAC at the level of EPA/ w/2 yrs. experience, CPO Certification. Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently Strong knowledge in maintenance related items i.e., plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repairs, troubleshooting appliance repairs. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity on personal as well as professional level. Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
