We're looking for a hands-on, motivated leader who can oversee daily maintenance operations, support a strong technician team, and ensure our residents enjoy a safe, clean, and high-quality living environment. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians Complete and oversee repairs for buildings, amenities, and common areas Perform daily property walks to identify maintenance needs Handle light groundskeeping and ensure curb appeal Respond to work orders efficiently and professionally Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
