Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Service Manager to join our team at Tysons View Apartments in Falls Church, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience with carpentry, appliance repair, heat pumps, plumbing, apartment turnover, and punch-out, along with strong customer service and team leadership skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure condition of community grounds are clean, safe and cleared of any debris, trash or weather related matters. Proactively fix and repair items as identified and as reported by residents. Participating in all maintenance projects and after-hours emergency work. Troubleshooting appliances and other technical issues. Other duties as assigned or requested.
Daily Inspections What you offer:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for daily onsite use. Minimum of 18 months experience in apartment maintenance. CFC Type II or Universal Certification and heat pump experience preferred. Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance calls, including nights and weekends. Basic computer skills required.
