Innterprises owns and manages a number of businesses and properties across central Vermont and the Upper Valley. We are looking for a full-time person to lead our maintenance team. Your responsibilities will include servicing HVAC/R systems, basic plumbing repair, electrical troubleshooting amongst other facility needs. If you are tired of running around to new client sites with differing expectations, we are good fit for you. Incremental general facilities maintenance projects may also arise, but we have other members that focus on those areas. Must possess at least five years of relevant maintenance and a valid driver's license. Prior supervisory experience required.
HVAC/R:
Service heating and cooling equipment including boilers, mini-splits, walk-in coolers/freezers etc. The occasional new installation will occur.
Plumbing Services:
Repair and installation of plumbing components and fixtures
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot AC/DC circuits, diagnostics of mechanical components (motors/gearboxes) You will manage a small team of maintenance technicians to perform task across our various properties
Compliance:
Adhere strictly to the International Mechanical Code and local plumbing codes on every project, work with appropriate state-licensed individuals on certain projects.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED; completion of a vocational training program or formal apprenticeship.
Licensing & Certifications:
Valid state Journeyman Plumber or HVAC license EPA 608 Certification required for handling refrigerants Oil and Gas license is preferred but not required
Driver's License:
Clean driving record and valid U.S. driver's license
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, work in confined spaces, and tolerate extreme temperatures.
