Requirements Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) Ability to walk long distances throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to use handheld electronic devices Job Duties Drive a company vehicle along assigned routes Locate customer water meters and obtain accurate readings Inspect water meters to ensure they are functioning properly Record meter readings using a handheld computerized device Verify reading accuracy and troubleshoot unusually high or low readings Document meter readings, customer account numbers, and meter locations Report meter issues or irregularities as needed Provide professional customer service while working in the field Follow all company safety procedures and work standards Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
