Job Description

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Mechanical Millwright to install, maintain, and repair production machinery in a high-volume wood products facility. In this field-based role, you'll troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; perform preventive and predictive maintenance; and support safe, reliable mill operations. You'll read blueprints, align rotating equipment, and perform light fabrication and welding. Working closely with operations and safety teams, you'll help drive uptime, protect people and assets, and contribute to Weyerhaeuser's sustainable manufacturing mission.
