The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. The Millwright will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and systems, contributing to the overall productivity of our facility. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate alignment and installation of machinery. Work with both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems as needed. Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings or concerns. Skills Proficiency in HVAC/R systems is a plus, enhancing the ability to maintain climate control equipment. Strong technical sales skills may be beneficial for understanding customer needs and providing solutions. Experience in industrial maintenance, including familiarity with various types of machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for effective troubleshooting. Knowledge of electrical systems, both low voltage and high voltage, is essential for this role. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments during installation or repairs. Strong problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
