Working primarily with medium to small teams, this position demands practical experience and a strong commitment to safety and craftsmanship, ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to code. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints accurately Prepare job sites, including reading elevations, grading, and paving Trenching. utility installation, backfill, and compaction Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and related tasks Construct framing structures for buildings Plumbing installation and servicing Electrical installation and maintenance Mechanical systems installation Equipment rigging, setting, and anchoring Maintain and care for construction tools and equipment Follow all safety regulations and compliance standards Handle and transport construction materials safely and efficiently Operate construction machinery and equipment Coordinate with team members for smooth project progression Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards Maintain clean work vehicles, equipment, shop, and jobsites at all times.
