Job Description

About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as the backbone of our facility operations by ensuring production equipment and site infrastructure run at peak performance. You will be the primary technical expert responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Responsibilities Execute preventive maintenance and rapid repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Conduct thorough root cause analysis on equipment failures to implement long-term reliability solutions. Optimize production equipment settings to ensure consistent output and high-quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain strict adherence to 5S and GMP protocols. Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide troubleshooting efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust workflows and meet demanding production schedules. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment. Proficiency in reading technical schematics and using diagnostic tools like voltmeters and ammeters. Strong working knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems. Demonstrated ability to safely operate power tools and heavy machinery. Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and workplace compliance. Preferred Skills Formal training or certification in a skilled trade such as welding, machining, or industrial electricity. Experience with Lift Truck operation and relevant safety certifications. Proven ability to mentor or train junior staff on technical maintenance procedures. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
