Job Description

About the Role As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will serve as a critical guardian of operational uptime, ensuring that complex manufacturing systems perform at their peak. You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to drive production efficiency and maintain the integrity of our high-tech equipment. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive diagnostic assessments and repairs on CNC machinery, industrial robotics, and automated systems. Maintain high-performance standards for pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical infrastructure, including 3-phase 480V systems. Drive equipment reliability by performing proactive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules. Optimize production throughput by rapidly resolving mechanical failures and electrical faults. Document maintenance activities and repair histories to build a knowledge base for long-term equipment health. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial CNC, robotic, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting low-voltage AC/DC and high-voltage electrical circuits. High School Diploma or equivalent certification. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues under pressure. Preferred Skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment. Commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality protocols in all technical tasks.
