Job Summary

Responsible for installing aftermarket accessories for fleet and commercial vehicles, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety within the facility. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install aftermarket accessories for fleet and commercial vehicles.

Maintain top quality standards with a strong mechanical aptitude.

Ensure the safety of the facility by following safety standards.

Operate a variety of tools safely.

Install electrical components in/on trucks.

Place large truck equipment components as specified (no lifting over 40 lbs).

Read computer job orders and job specifications to lay out plans for work procedures.

Operate shop machines.

Perform function tests upon completion.

Qualifications

Ability to supply some of your own tools (a list of required tools is provided).

Must wear pants, steel toe boots, and safety glasses (supplied).

Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others.

Time management skills for managing personal and team schedules.

Previous truck equipment installation experience is a bonus.

Skills in welding and fabrication are a bonus.

Experience in troubleshooting and testing electrical components and hydraulic systems is a bonus.
