This travel opportunity is suited for industrial millwrights and mechanically strong tradespeople with plant, shutdown, outage, equipment installation, repair, and industrial maintenance experience.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay up to $32.00/hour based on verified millwright, industrial maintenance, plant outage, and mechanical experience Plant outage schedule with overtime-heavy hours expected Weekend work may be required based on outage needs Project hours may vary based on production and site requirements Travel assignment requiring willingness to work out of town Immediate consideration for qualified candidates ready to work Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX): Health coverage options Dental and vision options 401K option Company-paid group life insurance Paid holidays after eligibility requirements PTO earned by hours worked

Job Duties:

Perform industrial millwright work during an active plant outage Install, remove, repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial equipment Work with conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, shafts, guards, supports, and related components Safely use hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, lifts, and required PPE Follow plant safety procedures, supervisor direction, and outage schedules Support staging, material handling, cleanup, and production-focused work areas as needed

Requirements:

Millwright, industrial maintenance, plant outage, shutdown, or mechanical equipment experience Ability to work overtime-heavy schedules and weekends as required Must be willing to travel for the Romulus, NY assignment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Basic millwright tools and appropriate PPE preferred Ability to work safely and efficiently in an active industrial plant environment
