Industrial Maintenance Technician - Metal Stamping We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced metal stamping operation. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, including 60-ton to 400-ton metal stamping presses. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping presses and production equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime Operate and troubleshoot plant machinery as needed Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding, brazing, and soldering Use mills, lathes, saws, and other equipment to fabricate or repair parts Operate metal stamping presses and related equipment Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, plug gauges, and height gauges Support quality control standards Follow all company safety procedures Maintain accurate maintenance records and use basic computer systems Communicate effectively with production and management Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED 5+ years of experience maintaining metal stamping machinery Experience with 60-ton to 400-ton stamping presses Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Welding and fabrication experience Experience using mills, lathes, and saws Ability to use precision measuring equipment Basic computer and math skills Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license in good standing We are looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who can troubleshoot equipment, solve problems quickly, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
