Individual and Cross Functional Projects Throughout 2027 Internship Professional Career Development & Community Outreach Opportunities Final Project Overview Presentation with Executive Leadership Team Fenner Precision Polymers has an exciting internship opportunity with the Maintenance Team at several locations. As part of the Maintenance Team, you will: Perform scheduled maintenance activities on all processing equipment. Diagnose and repair equipment failures. Determine material required for necessary repairs. Utilize skills and knowledge in performance of daily repairs (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic of processing equipment). Follow all procedures such as lockout/tagout and safety procedures. Complete all jobs in and orderly manner. Wear the required PPE at all times Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion and keep equipment in proper working condition. Shadow machine maintenance and facilities maintenance at different plants. Troubleshoot issues with production equipment though the PLC programs. Core Competencies Required Technical skills are the foundation of maintenance competency. Problem-solving, communication, time management and teamwork. Education and/or

Relative Experience:

One year completed at a technical college or one year completed at a CTC/vocational school. Must have mechanical and electrical skills. Nice to have PLC and drives experience
