1703630 United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Nightshift Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with a strong mechanical and electrical background. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and automated production equipment while helping minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule The rotating 2-2-3 schedule provides consistent full-time hours while allowing multiple scheduled days off throughout the month. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and complete necessary repairs. Work with motors, wiring, switches, PLCs, electrical controls, and pneumatic systems. Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential issues before equipment failure or production downtime. Tear down, repair, adjust, and reassemble machinery as needed. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, equipment drawings, and manufacturer specifications. Coordinate with production personnel and outside contractors when necessary. What We're Looking For Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance. Experience troubleshooting automated production machinery and equipment. Working knowledge of PLCs, motors, wiring, switches, electrical controls, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment drawings, and technical specifications. Ability to use common maintenance tools and precision measurement equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to equipment issues. Associate degree in a technical discipline or a combination of relevant education, training, and hands-on maintenance experience. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on industrial maintenance position. Candidates should be comfortable standing and walking throughout a 12-hour shift and performing work that may require bending, reaching, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and working in various positions around industrial machinery. Candidates must be able to safely lift and move equipment or materials as required and wear appropriate PPE within the manufacturing environment. Why Consider This Opportunity?
