• Posted on September 8, 2026 Published By Jaime Peterson Trillium Construction is now hiring Iron Workers & Millwrights in the Brownsville, TX area! Work is Monday-Saturday, 6am-6pm, 70-78/week. Pay is $35
• 40 depending on experience.

Per diem of $125 all 7 days. Project is scheduled for 1 month.

Duties:

• Measure and mark crane runway locations.
• Install rail beams, clips, ties, and support structures.
• Set and align crane rails to engineering specifications.
• Bold, and fasten rail components.
• Use laser alignment and surveying equipment.
• Follow OSHA and site specific safety procedures.
• Work from heights and in industrial environments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Iron Work or Millwright experience.
• Will need credentials to get on site.
• Must be good with working from heights up to 325 feet.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
