Job Description/Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our bottling lines and facility operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems, and partnering with production teams to keep equipment running at its best. What You'll Do Perform troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance on bottling lines, production equipment, facility systems, and grounds equipment. Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests, identify the cause of issues, and complete repairs to minimize production downtime. Support bottling line startups and changeovers by ensuring equipment is properly maintained, adjusted, and ready for production. Communicate equipment issues, maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential production impacts to supervisors and managers while working closely with production teams. Complete maintenance documentation and work orders while supporting continuous improvement efforts focused on equipment reliability, safety, efficiency, and reducing downtime.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or a related field. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair production and manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, technical instructions, work orders, SOPs, and safety procedures. Preferred Technical school, apprenticeship, or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or a related field. Experience maintaining bottling, filling, packaging, conveyor, labeling, or other automated manufacturing equipment. Experience with preventative maintenance programs, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, CMMS/work order systems, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement initiatives. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and safely use hand and power tools while performing maintenance activities. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb stairs and ladders, and work in various positions throughout a 12-hour shift. Ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise, wet or humid conditions, varying temperatures, and other industrial hazards while wearing required PPE.
