Your technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will directly impact our ability to deliver quality products to our customers. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and longevity. Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures to minimize operational downtime. Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to perform precise repairs and equipment installations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline maintenance workflows and improve facility reliability. Maintain detailed documentation of equipment performance and service history to support data-driven decision-making. Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and scissor lifts, while adhering to rigorous safety and lock-out/tag-out protocols. Fabricate custom parts and components to facilitate machine upgrades and process improvements. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical manuals and blueprints. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between local facilities. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Prior certification or extensive experience operating industrial lifts and material handling equipment. Proven track record of participating in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives.
