We are an Association of American Railroads-certified shop, with core expertise in rubber lining, lining inspections, and railcar lining repair. What You'll Do:

Perform surface preparation Apply rubber linings using various techniques Inspect materials and completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Measure, cut, and fit rubber materials accurately to equipment surfaces Safely operate tools and equipment including forklifts and material handling devices Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment Travel to customer sites to perform on-site rubber lining installations and repairs Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years or older . Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record. Comfortable working extended hours and weekends when needed. Ability to work in confined spaces and outdoor environments. Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally . Strong team player mindset. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
