We are looking for an experienced candidate to service and maintain CNC machines and support equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge who is skilled in troubleshooting and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Service and maintain CNC machines Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues Diagnose equipment problems and help minimize downtime Support machine reliability and overall equipment performance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety and maintenance procedures Qualifications Experience servicing and maintaining CNC machines Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to safety Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Environmental, Health & Safety Requirements:
Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the Company's goals. Lifting guidelines in accordance with the Manual Lifting Guidelines noted in the Safety Handbook. Follow all environmental requirements consistently with supporting the company's environmental performance goals. Complete, and actively participate in all other EHS training requirements.
Position & Physical Conditions:
At least 18 years of age A US citizen or Green Card holder Able to read, write, speak and understand English at a high school level. Able to lift at least 35 pounds, unassisted Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items, manual dexterity, and coordination to operate equipment Dependable and reliable to handle equipment safely with a minimum amount of supervision.
