Responsibilities Learning skills of manual assembly and rework of multi-chip modules for testing, operating automated test benches, performing basic manual RF tests. Co-op will review test results with Engineers, make modifications of prototypes and retest until performance meets specifications. We are looking for a student who is available for 6 months, from June/July to Dec 2027. Required Experience and Skills Must be a current student pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline Excellent communication skills, ability to follow verbal and written instructions - IC Package assembly, component soldering, and reworks skills is a plus Knowledge and hands on experience with RF test equipment: multi-meter, Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope, signal generators, power meter, power supplies Ability to understand schematics and diagrams. Familiarity with AutoCad is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft tools is desired The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
