No refrigeration experience is required. We will train the right person. This is a hands-on position performing preventive maintenance on commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment at grocery stores, distribution centers, and other commercial facilities throughout Southern California.

Starting pay:

$21-$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement as you learn additional skills and take on more responsibility.

Job Duties Include:

Changing commercial HVAC and refrigeration air filters Cleaning condenser and evaporator coils Cleaning and maintaining refrigeration/HVAC equipment Performing basic preventive maintenance and inspections Using pressure-washing and specialized coil-cleaning equipment Assisting experienced technicians as needed Completing service documentation and taking job-site photos Driving to customer locations throughout Southern California Working safely around commercial and industrial equipment

Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Mechanically inclined and willing to learn Comfortable working with tools and equipment Able to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and working on your feet Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures Valid California driver's license Clean DMV driving record Must meet company vehicle-insurance eligibility requirements Able to work independently as well as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude when working at customer facilities Why Bridges Mechanical Services?
