Full-Time | Detrioit- Southfield, MI area We're looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Technician to install, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems while leading service calls and mentoring junior technicians. This role is ideal for a skilled tech ready to take on more responsibility and guide a team. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, boilers, RTUs, mini-splits) Install systems, ductwork, and controls per code and manufacturer specs Lead complex service calls and mentor junior techs/apprentices Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Maintain service records and ensure
