The technician supports cost control through effective sourcing and budget management, leads third-party providers, and delivers quality service to meet facility and customer needs. What you'll do:
+ Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety and certification standards.
+ Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management to ensure safe facility conditions.
+ Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational standards.
+ Manage vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and compliance with documentation requirements.
+ Coordinate purchases, control costs, and submit warranty claims for parts and equipment.
+ Lead third-party providers and support associate development through coaching and performance evaluations.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
What you'll bring:
+ Proven experience operating and maintaining heavy machinery and powered equipment in compliance with safety standards.
+ Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations relevant to exterior facility services.
+ Ability to manage budgets, approve purchases, and conduct cost comparisons for parts and equipment.
